Wading and Waiting
The painting "Wading and Waiting", describes the patience and calm of the beautiful Great Blue Heron that can be viewed in waterways and ponds up and down the East Coast of the United States where I grew up. This work was completed in 2024 and is a 12"x16" oil on canvas painting that really captures the mood of the scene I took in at Middleton Place near Charleston SC.
